Are you the person who loves singing? And have ever considered learning to sing with either a professional vocal coach or online programs? There are a lot of methods that you can from if you want to learn to sing. I have tried and searched different learn to sing courses and methods, and in this article i am going to tell you my opinion about them.
I am going to start with professional vocal coach. There are a lot of vocal coaches out there, there good and there are ones with good intentions in teaching. If you’re still a beginner you can’t really tell the difference between them. They may sound that they really know when they are talking but the problem is that you don’t know if they can do harm to your voice.
Some voice teachers may not have the most up to date information regarding vocal physiology and the voice really works. But on the bright side, if you can find a really good vocal coach you will probably improve very fast and it will be a comfortable and fun experience for you. On the down side, vocal coach are quite expensive, it can cost you from $50-$500 per hour. It really is expensive, right?
The second method are the learn to sing online programs. If you want to improve your singing ability and do not want to enrol in a professional voice coach, another option are online programs. I have tried a few and some of them were very expensive and there are some that are cheap.
The cheap ones can cost you below $100, though they lack theory and techniques that are
found in expensive ones. Some of the online programs were not structured well and do not work as i expect them to be. But the advantage of online courses is that they cost less compared with voice coach, and in terms of value for money, i would still recommend this.
Online programs that cost $200 are better than the cheap ones. There was this one singing course that i liked very much because it has a lot techniques and i had fun trying it. There was a system in all the lessons and a lot of explanations. The creator of this course has been teaching professional singers and his course is very effective because a lot of his students had much success with it.
The expensive online programs cost around $200 and up. Online programs like these has a personalized way of teaching especially the beginners. This type of programs has a lot of features in it and offers quality teaching when it comes to learning to sing. It offers extensive training and also basic fundamentals in singing, including proper breathing technique, correct posture and many others.
